C2 didn’t work Canon EOS 750D

C2 didn’t work on Canon EOS 750D, since day one I’ve got it, updated already the firmware, still the same.
Hi, can you please be more specific?
- Is the LED not turning on on the Unleashed,
- can you not add it in the app
- is it connecting but you can't see the settings in the app
Let me know and send photos, screenshots or screen recordings if possible.
